After years of my husband telling me “look on Amazon” I finally did, I was shocked to find that Amazon 99% of the time carried just the product I was looking for…with a better price!
Whether it be baby supplies, housewares, books (of course), cosmetics, cleaning supplies…you name it, Amazon has it. Not only that but the price 9 our of 10 times is better than anywhere else, even if you have to pay for shipping. For example…I bought a Brita water filter and 3 refills at the store the other day. I paid $39.99 for the filter and $29.99 for the replacements for a grand total of $69.98 (plus tax). When I got home I checked Amazon, and got the same filter and replacements with free 2 day shipping for $37.99 (plus tax).

Amazon has an amazing customer service and quality guarantee. First of all, there is an electronic record of your transaction, so you don’t have to worry about filing and possibly losing a receipt for that baby swing you bought. If there is ever an issue, they take it back. No questions asked which is very nice. Second, because you have a record if your two days has passed and you have not received your item, you can track it or send an email and they are on it. Example: I bought a tea set for my daughter because I saw that it was $9.99 on Amazon. A week passed and I did not have it, so I went back on and saw that the price had gone to $54.99! I emailed them a brief email with my e-record and simply stated that I ordered the set at $9.99 and would they please send it. I did not hear back. But I did get an overnight package and my tea set for $9.99 NICE! I have so many stories like that…bottom line, I feel comfortable using them for large purchases and for recommending them to my family, and friends.
