Getting Baby to Take the Pacifier

May 11, 2008

NEED SOME TIPS ON GETTING YOUR BABY TO TAKE THE PACIFIER?  Read More Here..

If your child is reluctant to take the pacifier but you would like them too, try this simple trick.
After eating (either nursing or bottle feeding) gently slip the pacifier into the Child’s mouth.  Gently pull back encouraging the Childs natural suckling reflex to pull the pacifier back in.

It may take a few tries, but it just might work!

Some of the benefits of taking a pacifier are:
* It sooths baby
* May reduce the risk of SIDS

We hope this helps you to sooth your little one.

Remember not all pacifiers are created equal.
Look for a pacifier that is BPA FREE, or made from Natural Rubber.
We recommend Natursutten pacifiers, which are a Danish pacifier made of organic rubber which are free of BPA, Phthalate, and PVC.

You can view our entire list of BPA FREE PACIFIERS by clicking HERE.
Most of these pacifiers can be purchased directly through our online store as well.
