HEALTHIER CANDLES

DO YOU LOVE CANDLES BUT WONDER HOW THEY MAY BE AFFECTING YOUR HEALTH?  Read More Here…

Surprisingly, one of the largest contributors to indoor air pollution are scented candles, another source of “fragrance”.

There are a few issues here. One, a lot of candles are made with a lead wick core. So when you burn them you are putting that lead directly into the air in the form of smoke and carbon…yikes!
Also, most candles are made with Paraffin, which is Petroleum based and a byproduct of gasoline, so when they are burned they release carcinogenic toxins into the air.  Read more
