We are so excited to have you as a part of our online community. My name is Molly Ursini, mother to Emilia. This site is more or less a record of my experience, thus far, through pregnancy, birth, motherhood and beyond.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and looked towards the future to the day when I would become a Mother. Although I am not a medical professional, I was ACE Certified for a number of years, I am a certified Yoga instructor and taught Bikram (hot) yoga for 2 years. Nutrition and skincare are more or less my hobbies and I enjoy researching “What’s New” in these arenas.
